"Tension" is perhaps the feeling that better define the eleven tracks on "Make My Short Suffer," the first album the band Itself (Sao Paulo), mastered at Hertz Studio (Poland) by the brothers Wieslawski (Hate, Vader, Behemoth, Decapitated) and was attended by special Nilton Wood (Professor, Institute of Low and Technology of EMT and technical editor of the magazine Cover Low).
Following the line Death / Thrash, the Itself not lost opportunities, with responsibility, demonstrate fury attached to the technique, which reflects the good work of "only" two members Ricardo Falcon (guitars and bass) and Estevan Furlan (Voice & Drums) . If "missing" members, since it is rare to see a death metal band that has fewer members than a "powertrio" did not lack creativity - quite the contrary. Creativity in this debut is what is left, beginning with the introduction disruptive called "Delirium". Full of hidden elements that confuse the listener, the band intro brings the voltage to the next song: "Ultraviolence" which lives up to its name.
With harmonics and broken, the album develops a guideline that exceeds the expectations of what would be an obvious footprint, somewhat reminiscent of the legacy of Chuck Schuldiner. "I can not stop" is a song that moves. His riffs grab by the throat fans of any work extreme.
The title track makes clear the proposal of the band - and speed dominate the technical underpinning for extreme voice / torn Furlan, and a line of four strings, showing that not just do what the guitar is, if risks successfully scales sound of "Make My Short Suffer."
If you are looking for more candescence songs on the album, if we can call this, maybe find the tracks "Guess Who I Am," which leaves the "anger" expressed from the side, showing the influences of metal polish, and Chaos "one that should be remembered for his ability to immerse you in its infectious melody. In "Inner Emaciation Of The Flesh" once again it is worth mentioning the bottom line, giving the band the spice must ensure the assessment of the fans of Death / Thrash Metal technician.
The last four minutes in "Twisted Into a Malignant Tumor" are responsible for representing once again the original vein of Itself. The song, despite the influence of several bands from national and international scene, has a footprint itself guided by bold guitar Ricardo Falcon.
This is "Make My Short Suffer" album worthy of the fans of Death and Thrash, marking a new breed of Metal Nacional, which each day grows and strengthens the reference authority for the rest of the world.
