INTERVIEW WITH THE FOUNDER OF THE BAND AND VOCAL GARAGEIRA.

1 - How was the top things to banda? Difficulties etc.
Mutant Answer: The beginning of the band was difficult, had no instrument, no one knew playing, not playing up to where we find a garage, I felt more in the chest that will to play. the notes were the strength of will, and the songs were born, and grow with time.
The music develops and teaches me every day to work, learn how people learn in music is not comic, but
with the sweat that life teaches, both the lyrics and the melodies of feelings arise, whether hatred or love, in my opinion music is feeling, not theory.


2 - How was the scene punk / rock paulista in early career, when compared to today's?
Mutant Answer: Well we are not the future, even more so I saw lots of bandwidth and end up changing a lot. The scene today is much easier than before I imagine, the underground grows every day through the media that does not give much power to choose the young listener. the''scene''or rather the underground movement is the most pure and sincere that since music is music. hear what the young born, grow up listening to it, and assembles a band at the bottom of a garage, is there that he is going forward and not learned all that hear their 'idols' touch. as long as a couple with his instrument in hand and ideas in the head with the punk scene will never die. this is called "DIY" is sincere and did ask nothing in return.


3 - What has improved for independent bands of punk / rock Brazil a few years here, in the opinion of you?
Mutant Answer: Well in my opinion all. the couple has more opportunities to play, rehearse and record. everything was easy. But not everything is a bed of roses. the principal remains the same. if you have no willpower will not do it.


4 - A banda Garageira is already well known in the punk scene paulistana.A banda is also well known for the interior and in other states?
Mutant Answer: Well recognition comes with much effort, our sound ta increasingly spreading in Brazil.
This is due to the fact that we have lost hours of our days sending a message to one, or doing cd with their hands to distribute the shows, shows the bars of the city and so on.
Today, we have more opportunities thanks to the efforts of all who follow and enjoy the sound of Garageira.


5 - A band music have any influence beyond the punk / rock 77?
Mutant Answer: Well .. hear many different things, the punk rock is the root of the band but the rock is the skeleton of the band, we have more influence. concerned, I always try to differentiate tune our sound but not always just says there is some equal coisa.rsrs

More in my view whatever the banda that starting now I say: Always try to do different. copies of copies is shit copied.


6 - What better show that you have done today and what reason?
Mutant Answer: In my union was the second time I played in Parelheiros. differential had nothing in place and no more banda famosinha''''people who attended made the difference., the place smelled humility, respect and brotherhood. it is always good to play in places like this. for me was the difference I always prefer playing in smaller places.

7 - What do you think the increased number of female bands and women in the punk scene, in the opinion of you?
Mutant Answer: I think legally, the Garageira evolved significantly after the bassist and Deh Divalicious the drummer joined the band, not wanting the praise he always goes bad, people always say''Oh you well until it comes to a woman'' .. it always goes. more finally what is the difference? will still take quite vai pro humans understand that the woman is able to do everything that men do? 8 - Keep more of the messages of the lyrics of their songs?
Mutant Answer: Well the first disc I wrote at the time of school I find a disc more''immature 'sincere but "today, the second album was more focused on the reality of day to day, with some letters to relax among other 'pain' of everyday life such as homophobia, war and prejudice, the third album coming out in August is a broken barriers in tune we will try to mix other styles''''sound like the clash did decades ago. 9 - The band throughout its history always gone through ups and downs, including training and exchange have almost reached the end! It has so much zest and willingness to continue playing and not give the boat?
Mutant Responds: High and lows in life and always will, we learn that taking the man we need to catch up stronger!
Comes even more to the boat is the desire to play is the feeling that we are music. many people passed through the band, I still remember the day that John called the first drummer of the band to play, I remember the first test in the garage, more so after loss of members and so many ups and downs what prevails is the same love by music. I play guitar in the dark the morning of 4 hours every day to have technique to play and sing without looking at guitar, I do not have money for lessons and I never found a singer, to hear some more after LPS and the Dead Kennedys the Black Flag I discovered it was what I wanted for me.


10 - The interview of you on TV just has more zest and spirit to the group?
Mutant Answer: I honestly did not change at all. in which the pike is animated and the sincere feeling that we call each other and that the notes corresponding to each test or show.

12 - What are the future plans for you? Want to record some new material?
Mutant Answer: Well .. as I said in August 2009 leaving the third cd .. with 15 unpublished songs and a rewrite of war that was slightly modified.
Much has changed in the here, now all the band's work and time is short, most always find time to play. and want to play in other states this year.

Mutant Answer: Well I admire very Cazuza e Renato Russo and numerous short unknown bands in the national scene between them Cholera, Foot and Sujus generation Suburban.
Best international group?
Mutant Answer: Ramones, Dead Kennedys, Clash, Black Flack, Sin Dios, Nirvana, Rage Against the Machine between countless bands.
Best cd?
Mutant Answer: The Nevermind Nirvana's Nevermind and the Pistols Fri.


14 - worse situation that the band has gone?
Mutant Answer: The start was very complicated, we had no money for nothing and took the heavy expands on the back, plus the departure of drummer Tatu penultimate hitherto almost since the end banda.
