Shadowside

Besides a great instrumental work, Shadowside has more great potential: the intense and powerful voice with the beautiful Dani Nolden. She is ahead of that project that was born in 2001 in waters of the coastal city of Santos. With musicians with diverse influences such as Thrash, Punk Rock and Glan were emerging ideas that arrived in style in common: the heavy metal.

The desire to run after the recognition began with the launch of the first Independent Ep, which was well accepted by the public and various other musicians. So in the first row of the Shadowside they contributed songs of bands like Nightwish, Primal Fear and Shaman.
With so much recognition was the first CD, Theater of Shadows, which was then considered the best album of its kind in Brazilian metal scene. Theater of Shadow led the band to be the unanimous choice for the opening of Helloween's tour in Brazil in 2006.
In the same year was elected by the magazine Roadie Crew the best band, the CD Theater of Shadows my album and the best singer Dani Nolden of the year.
After Glorias land in Brazil, 2007 was the year the band gained international air. The international acceptance was such that between 1000 bands worldwide, Shadowside took the prize in the "AirPlay Direct All Things Digital Hard Rock / Heavy Metal." With this award signed contract to re-launch of the Theater of Shadows, for which he won the world.
After several tours, the band went back into the studio to record Shadowside's.
Album that was recorded, produced and mixed by Dave Schiffman, known for working with artists such as Audioslave, System of a Down, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Six Feet Under and several others, and mastered by Howie Weinber, which has his signature on the albums Iron Maiden, Metallica, Pantera, Rush, Aerosmith and some other phenomena.

In 2009 they will hit the road again on tour without an end date for that run the world, showing the great rise of the Brazilian metal powerful voice of Dani Nolden.
